Food Celebration Catering Summer Café

Our ambition is to use what could be find around us in the forest - game, fish, berries and mushrooms. We also intend to use locally grown and organic products as much as possible. The meny will, as with everything else on the farm, follow the cycles of the year.

 

The restaurant has a liqour licence. Our wine menu is designed to create a wholeness with the different courses. We also provide the well water from the farm as a nice alternative to other beverages. Because of respect for the environment we don´t serve bottled water. We also try to avoid disposable products when possible.
